Motorola DROID X was a revolutionary phone with it's 4 inch display and 8MP camera. even now it's a one of the best Android phone for Verizon. this is a non official review about it's next generation phone, the Motorola DROID X 2.
this time DROID X 2 has a 4.3 inch touchscreen and the screen resolution is 540 x 960 pixels. the internal memory of this phone is 6GB and it supports up to 32GB memory cards. also DROID X 2 supports Rev. A 3G connection with up to 3.1Mbps speed. like the previous model, DROID X 2 has a 8MP camera. the camera supports 720p HD video recording and comes with a dual LED flash. the camera application has Geo-tagging, face detection and image stabilization features.

Even if many networks don't support 4G technology, there are number of 4G ready phones available. T-Mobile says to be support 4G very soon so they plan to release couple of handsets near future.  last week HTC announced a newest 4G phone for T-Mobile. it's a new model called HTC Sensation.
it's a high end phone which comes with number of new features. the HTC Sensation has a 4.3 inch S-LCD capacitive touchscreen. the display supports 540 x 960 pixels resolution and it's a one of the highest resolution phone in the world. it also has a Samsung's famous Gorilla glass display which is scratch resistant. HTC Sensation has a classic HTC look but it has very glossy finish. there are four touch sensitive controls at the bottom which are common in many Android phones.

If you are an Android fan, definitely you may know about the Samsung's Android Galaxy family. Galaxy phones are the one of the most selling Android mobile phone series. even now, the Galaxy S is the king of this series. last year they released the an extended version called Galaxy S2. it seems Samsung tries to keep it's market because last week they announced another version of this phone. it's Galaxy S Plus and the only difference is it's upgraded processor. unlike previous versions, Galaxy S Plus powered by a 1.4 GHz Scorpion processor.

HP is a famous computer hardware manufacturer, and couple of years ago, they were also famous for manufacturing PDA devices. but after launching apple iphone and Android OS, they lost that place. at that time HP had their own mobile OS called HP webOS. now they have done many improvements to it and HP webOS seems to be the newest competitor for Android and iOS devices.
last week HP announced their newest mobile device which comes with this new OS. it's HP Veer 4G. the design of this phone is almost similar to the design of palm pre. but this is a 4G phone which compatible with ATT's 4G network. 
it has a 2.6 inch TFT capacitive touchscreen. the screen resolution is 320 x 400 pixels. HP Veer 4G has a slider QWERTY physical keyboard and it makes very easy to type. the internal memory of this phone is 8GB and there is no memory card slot. the HP Veer 4G supports 14.4 Mbps HSDPA  and 5.76Mbps HSUPA connectivity. the main camera is 5MP and supports geo-tagging feature. it runs with a 800 MHz Scorpion processor and has a Adreno 205 GPU to process high quality graphics.

There are couple of Sony Ericsson Android phones like Xperia X10. but most of them are relatively expensive. but last week they announced a newest phone which going to be cheap. it's Sony Ericsson W8. as you know the letter 'W' is related to their 'Walkman' phone series. so this is the first Walkman phone which runs with Android OS.
Sony Ericsson W8 has a 3 inch capacitive touchscreen and a Scratch-resistant surface. this phone comes with a new user interface called Timescape UI. it's pretty simple and very easy to use. the internal memory of this phone is 128Mb and it supports up to 16GB memory cards.
it has a 7.2 HSDPA modem, Bluethooth and Wi-Fi. also the main camera is 3.15Mp and it supports geo-tagging feature.
even if the 2.3 version of Android is available, Sony Ericsson W8 runs with Android 2.1 version OS. it has a 600MHz processor and 168MB RAM. this phone has a GPS receiver with A-GPS support. and there is a Digital compass for better navigation.
unlike many other Android phones, Sony Ericsson W8 has a Walkman media player. it also has the TrackID music recognition feature.

After some time, im going to write a blog post about a Nokia phone. when you see this picture, you may think this as a nokia N8. but even if the design is almost similar, this is a new model called Nokia T7. this phone hasn't released or announced yet and this is an unofficial review about the Nokia T7.
there are couple of special things of this phone. first of all it comes with the latest version of the Symbian OS. Nokia says it has number of new modifications. also Nokia T7 is a one of the first Nokia mobile phone which has an AMOLED display. it has a 3.5 inch touchscreen and a Scratch resistant Gorilla glass display.
there is no information about it's internal memory but it supports up to 32GB memory cards. also  Nokia T7 has a 8MP camera with Carl Zeiss optics technology. this camera is capable of to record 720p videos and it has a built-in Xenon flash.
Nokia T7 runs with a 700MHz ARM 11 processor. like Nokia N8, the outer casing made by Anodized aluminum. it also has Active noise cancellation feature and a digital compass.

BlackBerry is a famous brand for luxury smart phones. even with new competitors, they keep continuing their position and their are lots of Blackberry lovers around the world. this is a good news for them because Blackberry announced a newest phone called BlackBerry Torch.
BlackBerry Torch is a very good smart phone and it has lot's of new features. it has a 3.2 inch TFT touchscreen with a slider design QWERTY keypad. unfortunately this phone doesn't have an accelerometer sensor. but it has a Optical trackpad which gives the similar functionality of track ball.
BlackBerry Torch has 4GB internal memory and supports up to 32GB memory cards. it also comes with a 4GB memory card included. BlackBerry Torch has very good music player and good music quality. since it has a large storage, you can store lots of songs on it. also this phone has a 3.5mm audio jack so any earphone can be plugged into it.
about the connectivity, BlackBerry Torch has a 7.6MBP/s HSDPA modem and both bluetooth and wi-fi features. the main camera of this phone is 5MP and it comes with a LED flash. the camera application has lots of features like Geo-tagging, continuous auto-focus but image stabilization but it supports VGA format video recording only.

At the time when i saw a picture of this phone, i thought this as a sony ericsson xperia X10 because it looks like in that way. the special thing of this phone is this is the AT&T version of Samsung Galaxy S phone. the appearance is different but the hardware and features are same.
Samsung i897 Captivate has a 4 inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen which has 480 x 800 pixels resolution. this phone has a very attractive TouchWiz 3.0 UI and Touch-sensitive controls at the bottom of the phone. also there is a nice feature coming with Android 2.1, called Swype text input. it is very easy to type something with it.
Samsung i897 Captivate has 16GB internal memory and supports up to 32Gb memory cards.
in communication, Samsung i897 Captivate has a 7.2MBP/s HSDPA modem and both bluetooth and wi-fi. the main camera of this phone is 5MP which has nice features like Geo-tagging, touch focus, face and smile detection. it also supports HD video recording at 30fps.
Samsung i897 Captivate is available in both Black and Grey colours. this phone is a good navigator because it has a GPS and a Digital compass. the new Android 2.1 OS has nice social integration features and number of useful applications.

LG was silent for a while ago and they didn't frequently announced their new phone models like Samasung. but after some time LG announced a new mobile phone, LG T320 Wink 3G. they announced the primary specifications of this phone. according to them LG T320 Wink 3G is not a very high end phone but it has couple of very smart features.
LG T320 Wink 3G has a 3.2 inch capacitive touchscreen and has a 1GB internal memory. it also supports up to 16GB memory cards. the main camera of this phone is 2MP which is fair enough to get clear pictures. this phone has a FM radio with RDS support and it can run java applications.
the phone supports internet connectivity via UTMS but wi-fi is not available.

if you are a regular visitor of my blog, you may noticed that I'm posting several posts about samsung phones. it's not my fault. samsung releases couple of phone models per week unlike nokia and other manufacturers, so i post them.
anyway , this is another nice samsung phone. it's not a high end phone, but not a simple phone either. this is Samsung T479 Gravity 3 which released in 2010 July. it doesn't have a touchscreen, only a 240 x 320 pixels resolution TFT display. but the good thing of Samsung T479 Gravity 3 is it comes with a slider QWERTY keypad. also this phone has 70Mb internal memory and supports up to 16GB memory cards.
Samsung T479 Gravity 3 has a 3.6MBP/s HSDPA modem and bluetooth as well. but it doesn't have wi-fi. the main camera of this phone is 2MP and it supports video recording as well. also even Samsung T479 Gravity 3 is a cheap phone, it has A-GPS with google maps integration. Samsung T479 Gravity 3 comes with a t-mobile contract and it has T-Mobile Social Buzz application.
